Student support services
We understand the challenges students face. Our Support Services are available Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm via phone or email. Appointments can be made for personalized assistance. We're here to support you throughout your studies, addressing your questions and concerns promptly. We also offer resume building assistance at the end of the program and study sessions throughout to aid in your success.
Payment plan information
Understanding your payment options is crucial. We offer a payment plan agreement, a legally binding contract that outlines how your tuition will be repaid over time. All payments are due the week before your test. Failure to pay will result in you not being allowed to test until the balance is paid in full, and another testing date becomes available. Consistent late payments may result in removal from the class. No exceptions!
